On Friday, October 1, visual arts faculty welcomed the community to view the start of their annual show; this year titled Lorem Ipsum. Students and colleagues flocked to Foster Gallery to view an uplifting collection of paintings, photography, ceramics and other media. The opening featured a chance to spend time with the art and the artists themselves, reading artist statements and discussing each work’s significance, inspiration and creative process. The show runs through November 5.
